Director and principal consultant David Oates started Health and Safety Works Ltd in October 2000. He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health a Chartered Biologist a Member of the Institute of Biology and has an 2.1 honors degree in Biochemistry.
Health and safety experience has been gained from Dalgety Spillers, MAFF, Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge University, Imperial Cancer research Fund, Parke Davis, implementing Health and safety from the beginning at the Sanger Centre, Novartis, project management for David Wilson Homes and various work for other companies around Cambridge.
